Our Fees

Tenant Find: 7% of the gross rental for the full term of the tenancy, payable in full at the commencement of the tenancy. Where possible we will deduct our commission from the first month’s rent, which we will collect on your behalf. Thereafter, the rent will be paid by the tenant direct to you.

Tenant Find and Rent Collection: 9.5% of the gross rental for the full term of the tenancy, which will be deducted from the monthly rental income that we receive.

Full Management: 12% of the gross rental for the full term of the tenancy, which will be deducted from the monthly rental income that we receive.

All our fees are subject to VAT at 17.5% (or at the prevailing rate).
